Terms of Service

By creating a Mosaic you get a one-time license to collect up to the plan’s number of contributions and share the resulting Mosaic with its recipient for the plan’s storage period.

Our guarantee

If your Mosaic receives no contributions at all, we’ll refund your purchase in full — just email us. Outside of that case, purchases are non-refundable once the Mosaic has started collecting memories.

Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content. Organizers can remove any contribution from their Mosaic; we may remove content or suspend Mosaics that violate these terms.

Content ownership

Contributors keep ownership of what they upload and grant the organizer and recipient a personal, non-commercial right to view and keep it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Mosaic.

This is an MVP agreement. Have it reviewed by counsel before scaling.
