Privacy Policy

Mosaic (getMosaic.gifts) collects only what is needed to run the service: the organizer’s email, the recipient’s name and the contact details the organizer provides for delivery (email addresses and, optionally, phone numbers for WhatsApp delivery), and the memories contributors choose to upload.

What we store

Uploaded audio, video, photos and messages are stored privately and served only through expiring links. Contribution pages and gift pages are never indexed by search engines. Contributors’ uploads are visible only to the Mosaic organizer and its recipient — never to other contributors.

Consent

Every contributor confirms, before sending, that their memory will be shared with the recipient of the Mosaic.

Retention & deletion

Media is retained for the storage period included in the purchased plan (12 months), after which it may be deleted. You can request earlier deletion of a Mosaic, a single contribution, or your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@getmosaic.gifts.

Processors

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & authentication), Cloudflare (media storage) and Resend (transactional email) as data processors.

This is an MVP policy. Have it reviewed by counsel before scaling.
