Is this a gift I buy for someone else?+
Yes — that's the heart of Mosaic. You create and pay for it, everyone you invite contributes, and the person you choose receives the final Mosaic when you deliver it. (Many couples also create one for their own wedding — both work.)
Can a whole group use it — a class, a team, an office?+
Yes. Choose “For the whole group” when creating: everyone adds memories during the weeks before, nobody sees each other's, and on the day you reveal the full Mosaic to the entire group with the same link they already have.
Do contributors need an account?+
No. They open your link or scan the QR and leave a memory in under a minute — no app, no sign-up.
Can the gift be a surprise?+
Yes. The recipient only sees the Mosaic when you deliver it, and you can set an opening date so it unlocks on the day itself.
Can contributors see each other's messages?+
Never, while the Mosaic is collecting. Only you and the recipient see the final Mosaic — and the recipient can choose to open it to all contributors afterwards, as a thank-you.
How long is the Mosaic available?+
Each plan includes 6 to 24 months of storage, and you can extend it for €9 per extra year — or request deletion at any time.
